Very homely! Had a week there while a family member was in the nearby Westmead hospital. The place was well stocked with essentials for kitchen, bathroom and laundry, heaters and comfy beds and linen. Vin was a great host and a great communicator - and thanks for the arrival treats too :)

Would stay again.Overall we enjoyed our week long stay at this cozy cottage.Access to the granny flat was great. You can bring your car to the back, which was convenient for my elderly parents. One tv in the living room and one in the bedroom was great for dad.The place was clean and rooms and amenities were like a 5 star hotel in my opinion.Ac/heater units were in all rooms and living room, making it very comfortable, especially when it was 40.Kitchen was well equipped with cutlery and plates, coffee machine with some capsules. It was very welcoming.Dining table and living area made it easy to entertain our visitors.Will recommend to friends and family.Agree with the other positive reviews as well.Thanks Vin!

Our stay at The Urban Cozy Cottage was a blessing. The place was a full package. Clean, Tidy with complete amenities. We went down to Sydney for Hillsong Conference and though most of our time we were out, it was good to come back to the accommodation feeling like home after a long day. In addition, Vin has been an amazing host the entire time. He welcomed us with complimentary goodies as soon as we arrived. Communication and regular check-in was fantastic. He even went beyond in recommending food & great restaurants around to make sure we have the best experience during the stay. I have not seen a very warmth and hospitable host my entire experience using stayz and other accom-platform apart then him. I highly recommend the place and Vin, and we will definitely come back next time we're down in Sydney.
