We are writing to formally express our deep disappointment. Although we had an amazing trip the accommodation we experienced as well as the communication/support from our host was not up to scratch. Shortly after arriving back at the apartment, we were confronted by an extremely large spider (see photo attached). This was not a typical insect that could be easily removed—it was of a size and nature that required professional handling. Understandably, as two young women alone in a foreign country, we were petrified.We immediately sought help by contacting the host directly for assistance. Unfortunately, the response was both unhelpful and dismissive. Rather than offering support, he laughed at our distress, leaving us to deal with the situation entirely on our own. This experience completely ruined our first night and has made us feel unsafe and unsupported in the accommodation. You would think that following this distressing phone call we had with the host they would contact us the following day to check in and ensure no further action was required but we received nothing. I would also like to note the staff at the facility although not directly responsible for our stay were rude and unhelpful. The apartment itself did not feel clean, stains were noted in the lien and dishes had to be washed prior to using as they had been put away filthy. We were very unhappy with our stay and would not recommend to anyone else.

First trip to Sydney

Worked out perfect! Close to the train to get around. Slept well in the bed. Nice little kitchen for some of our meals. Took advantage of the hot tub and laundry facilities.

Das Apartment liegt perfekt um Sydney zu erkunden. Vom Flughafen sind es bis zur Museum Station nur 15 min. Das Apartment liegt im 14 Stock. Check In ist 24/7 möglich. Im 15 Stock gibt es einen Schwimmingpool u Fitnessraum. Supermarkt in der NĂ€he. Wir hatten fĂŒr 4 Erwachsene gebucht. Es gab leider nur 2 StĂŒhle und die waren sehr bescheiden. Die Wohnung selber ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Schlafsofa ist fĂŒr 2 Erwachsene nicht wirklich empfehlenswert. Ca 1,1x1,85 m. Peter antwortet schnell und hat unser WĂŒnsche entsprechend versucht zu erfĂŒllen.

Fantastic location

Property was comfortable and had everything I needed for a self catering stay. The location was a real bonus being central to everything and near to a great supermarket. The roof top hot tub was also an added bonus. The laundry facilities are very clean and very cheap so came back with no washing to do! Would definitely choose again.

It wasn’t as good as I thought it would be the air conditioning needs services really loud and blew dirt all over us, chair outside was broken, curtain ripped, batteries in remotes were calcified went and bought some for tv remote, cockroach in bathroom stains on pillows and sheets bird poo on outside table. Not sure who maintains and cleans this property but it does need a bit of attention the location is awesome the property has potential just needs a bit of care

Long Weekend stay in Sydney

We were out and about in Sydney for most of the time we were there but the room was a good place to base ourselves and to sleep. We were very pleased with the room. I would recommend this place as a value for money place to stay.

Great location. Cleanliness of the apartment was a problem, we had to do some of our own cleaning to have an okay stay. (We shouldn’t have to.) The apartment Management responded promptly to our requests to fix a few problems with some lighting & aircon remote control, which we were happy with.

The central location was ideal and perfect to get anywhere in Sydney in public transport system or walk with ease and roof top pool was lovely with great views however disappointingly the room was not clean and did not in reality appear as shown on the picture on the site - much smaller and shabbier with very poor quality couch bed

Not as advertised

I took photos as proof. The curtains, formerly white, were gray. Walls yellowed and spots everywhere. Pillows old with spots on them. Carpets dirty. Couch worn and dirty. Formerly white grout in bathroom was BLACK. Mold in the grout around the shower surround. Check-in person didn't speak english and had to show us an envelope with our name on it. Photos photoshopped and taken at a crazy angle.

Amazing location

Everything from beginning, during, and after were seamless. The location is amazing and is walking distance to many restaurants and bars. It is one block from the museum train station, which makes it easy access directly to and from the airport. The rooftop Jacuzzi and rooftop the swimming. Pool are wonderful. Amazing views of the city. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location

Nice little room with a glimpse of the harbour. Close to trains and buses, and walking distance to lots of cafes, shops, art gallery. Right on Hyde Park. Great base for a weekend in Sydney.
