Staff are fantastic. Rooms are small but tidy and modern. The lobby has a cafe, lots of seating, plugs, and good wifi. Overall, great experience.

Relatively new property in Bondi Junction - unbeatable location right by major transport hub and Westfield with a ton of shops and dining options. 15 minutes by bus to Bondi Beach or take a slow stroll! I traveled with a child and have plenty of room and could fit two adults as the room is extremely well-appointed and cleverly design with sufficient storage space. USB outlets and smart controls. Great amenities for those needing their regular gym work out and a great laundry room. Many well-designed public spaces to chill out including a great cafe at its lobby!

New hotel with great facilities and excellent location next to a mall. Service is friendly and they gave us a lovely courtesy at check-in. Housekeeping could improve, as the room wasn’t cleaned after the third night and common areas need more attention. Overall very relaxed vibe—I’d happily stay again!

Stayed 2 nights in Lyf Hotel. Super modern clean building, easy check in and good directions by staff (as it was our first time here) upon entry the blinds opened with an inviting view. The small is small but very adequate, everything you need for a holidays away. The bed is super comfy and both the air conditioning and exhaust fan in the bathroom are super quiet (at times I wasn’t even sure they were on). We visited the top floor, the view was amazing and the extra facilities were new and great (gym, laundry) Overall really happy with my money spent here, plus it’s in the central part of Bondi and everything is walkable.

This hotel’s compact, modern living concept suits me perfectly. I appreciated the freedom of having a small fridge and microwave in my room—it gave me a sense of independence and comfort. The shared kitchen on the first floor added a gentle communal touch, reminiscent of my college days, where saying hello to fellow travellers felt natural and warm. The design of the common areas, including the lobby and café, is minimalist yet vibrant, with splashes of colour from curated artwork that bring life and personality to the space. One of my favourite features was the gym on the 10th floor, where you can watch the sun rise and set over the distant ocean—a beautiful way to begin and end the day. That said, this place may not suit those who expect daily room servicing or large, spacious accommodations. It’s more for travellers who value privacy, thoughtful design, and a sense of quiet community. I’d happily recommend it to kindred spirits seeking a gentle, thoughtful urban stay.

New, clean and modern

The hotel is in a great position only 5 or mins walk from the bus/ train station. The rooms are very modern and clean but only serviced on the 4th day. The bed is up against the window so if there is a couple one person needs to climb over the bed. My room was on the main road so a bit of traffic noise along with water noises from the floor above. Would stay again, very helpful staff.

The property itself is beautiful and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Have stayed here before and loved it. This time, there was a technical glitch where I could access other rooms' steaming. At first, we thought others were accessing my profile, but it appears to be a technical issue with the casting. I hope they are able to fix it, I did not use the wifi or steaming after that at the risk of exposing my phone to others to access as well. There was also an issue with our room where the bathroom door was broken and unable to close, but we were given a new room straight away and the staff member was very helpful. Apart from the technical issues with the wifi, casting and streaming and then having to move rooms, it was a wonderful experience. Our second stay, and we've already booked in for a third. Hopefully everything is fixed by then!
