Restaurant and check in staff were great. The cleaning staff was horrible. The rooms were never cleaned for the entire 2 week stay there. Bathrooms were never cleaned, carpets were never vacuumed and bedspreads weren’t changed even though they were noticeably dirty. We constantly had to tell cleaning staff to change items and front desk response was not helpful at all

Easy to park, breakfast was nice and substantial, rooms clean, room service arrived quickly, movies and tv easy to navigate, the pool looked clean and visually appealing my daughter had fun in the pool.

Staff were amazing, food was great and quick to receive, room was lovely and clean, bed was comfy. I would recommend new pillows, they were lumpy and not as fluffy as we would have liked. But overall, an amazing place to stay
