Such a wonderful getaway! I was not optimistic about finding a nice place in this area of Sydney, but had to stay there due to my daughter’s tournament. However the Mercure was just beautiful. The hotel was lovely, with everything I could possibly ask for. The staff were incredible. Food was excellent. The rooms were clean and modern. When we have future tournaments in Western Sydney, this will be our number one pick. Thank you to the lovely staff, who were always beautiful and helpful at all times of the day or night.

Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, well-presented, and overall quite comfortable. However, the sofa bed was unfortunately very uncomfortable for my daughter, which affected her sleep. I also wish I had double-checked the amenities beforehand, as our room didn’t include a microwave, which would have been helpful. Despite these points, the stay was pleasant and the service was great.
