The room needed to be thoroughly cleaned again. The balcony was full of cobwebbs and the lounge chair and lamps were very dusty The staff were very efficient is putting things right.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodation was beautifully clean and more spacious than shown in the pictures. The pool was in excellent condition and stays open until 10pm which was a great bonus, especially if you have kids. The location was so close to the city with Ubers being speedily available and the ferry is also very convenient. We will stay again!

Beautiful, well serviced accommodation

Really clean apartment and with an excellent view of the harbour as advertised. The apartment amenities were first class with everything i needed for my stay, including products that I could at least use throughout my stay. Coles supermarket is a five minute walk away, as is North Sydney station - both extremely convenient for groceries and ease of travel around Sydney respectively. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Great View and Best Bed Ever

Bed was the best we ever slept in while travelling and we have travelled a lot. Apartment was spacious and everything was so clean that you could eat off of the floors. Fantastic view of the Sydney Opera House as well as Sydney Bay from the balcony. Only down side is the TV is really hard to figure out unless you are a Techie Wiz. Front desk was so polite and so very helpful. Very close to train/subway station.

Amazing harbour views

Room upgrade to Harbour View, amazing!! Large comfortable room with good size bathroom which included a deep bath. Full kitchen and lounge area, work desk, balcony and separate bedroom. Would definitely stay here again 😎
