Lots of potential, sadly let down

Great location and friendly staff. Sadly a number of issues: - pool and gym is a walk away in a seperate building which is unclear here - broken glass in cupboard - some kind of residue on office chair - bedding had marks - towel had hole - shower screen had a part broken (didnt limit functionality) - WiFi was pooor which made bith work calls and watching streaming difficult (with limited 5G coverage so couldnt even use that) All relatively easy to fix but together gives a poor rating Water pressure in the shower very impressive but it made the shower head move and soaked the bathroom a bit (I dont yhink I've ever complained about too much pressure!)

Pros: - Coles in the same complex - Friendly staff - Good location if going to an event at EQ Cons: - Initially put in wrong room (basement level via car garage with street entrance) - Modern suite in dire need of TLC all round - Hallways and rooms have an awful smell - More than rough around the edges - Didn’t feel clean - Didn’t look clean (bathroom mostly) - No facecloth/washcloths?!? Never have I come across this before? - Did I mention how awful the place smelt? (Musty, moist and urine?) - Pool and gym not in the same building - Broken shower door, half off its hinges so didn’t close - Screen door broken, off its rail so didn’t close properly - Road noise as property is on the eastern distributor (basically a freeway) Review isn’t a reflection on the staff as the were friendly but I absolutely wouldn’t stay here again.

Great Location

Apartment very clean with everything provided that you could possibly want. Reception staff very helpful. The suites were in a very nice neighbourhood in Sydney, very safe and clean. Shops, Bars and bus only 4 mins walk away. Would highly recommend.

Overall, the stay was fine, but we had two major issues. The hostel’s jacuzzi was beyond dirty—extremely filthy—which was very disappointing. Additionally, we were never given a card to access the facilities and had to rely on the gym staff to let us in each time, which was quite inconvenient. We chose this hotel specifically for these amenities and ended up very disappointed. Other than that, everything else was standard, normal, and fine.
