Beautiful light filled apartment with leafy outlook on a quiet Street in Mosman.
Wonderful access to public transport with a 10 minute walk to Mosman Village and a 4 minute walk to bus stops in Avenue Road or Ragland Street. A 13 minute walk to Mosman Bay Ferry is ideal to travel into Circular Quay and the city.
This is a walk up apartment up (with two flights of stairs) on the top floor, with only one common wall. The apartment is quiet with a private leafy outlook.
The Northwest facing balcony is the perfect place to sit in the sun amongst the tree tops, with wonderful sunsets over the distant skyline of North Sydney. There are also skyline glimpses of the city, harbor bridge and Barangaroo Crown Casino building.
Polished timber floors, simple 20th century modern furnishings, cedar venetians and quality artwork create an atmosphere of clean contemporary living.
