Pleasant surprise, like a country pub, complete with sitting rooms. Bar downstairs does reasonable pub food, nice location across from park.

Great location, nice and quiet and the rooms are beautiful. Highly recommend for a stay in North Sydney or if you want somewhere just out of the CBD.

Fantastic stay in North Sydney, also convenient walk to shops and coffee cafes. Beautiful Park opposite that is extremely active positive vibe with healthy activity and exercise. Quiet breakfast area with beautiful nostalgic rooms. I rate this accommodation 10 out of 10 and will return again

Surprisingly fantastic Hotel to stay.
At short notice we required accommodation close to Crows Nest to attend a funeral. I was looking for safe,clean accommodation, providing off-street parking and KING bed at a reasonable price, bearing in mind it was January school holiday season. The North Sydney Hotel ticked all those boxes and was a very pleasant surprise. The shared kitchen for making your own breakfast was brilliant. When we arrived Mark was extremely helpful to my husband showing him where to park and easy access to our accommodation. The Bistro food was plentiful offering a good selection. The Bar staff fulfilled their duties behind the Bar and serving our meals. North Sydney Hotel was a surprisingly fantastic find for us. We will keep it in mind for future visits to Sydney.

Love staying here, well located, good public transport, comfortable, friendly and very pleasant. Loved the salt and pepper squid - delicious!!
