Room was magnificent- like a small apartment. Had a great view of the city. Bedroom was dark but very comfortable. Bathroom clean and organised including washer/dryer. Kitchen well equipped. Check in was easy. It can be confusing to find the place but staff were happy to assist which was appreciated.

The hotel offers spacious accommodations with a kitchen and loft, which is a nice touch, but the overall experience falls short. The interiors feel outdated, with a dark and gloomy atmosphere that really needs a grand refresh. While the size of the space is impressive, the vibe is sad rather than inviting. Being so close to the freeway is another drawback—the constant noise and occasional shaking make it difficult to relax. On top of that, the in-room TV and streaming channels like Netflix and YouTube wouldn’t even open, which was frustrating. With some serious updates, better soundproofing, and functioning amenities, this place could live up to its potential, but in its current state, it’s disappointing.

Good location and comfortable apartments

Was the perfect location for access to the ICC which is where we needed to get to for an Expo. Building is full of character and rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Servicing could be improved- they basically emptied the kitchen bin and left a few extra towels on the kitchen bench and that was it. If reception had basic condiments like sachets of pepper, salt, sauces, etc. that would be a nice extra touch given the units are self contained.

I have stayed at the Oaks Goldsborough several times and it a great place to stay. The rooms are big and well equipped. Beds are comfortable. Its conveniently located with trams and darling harbour just a few minutes walk. Parking right next door.

The room was very nice! Super close to public transport/the city. The only downside was what happened on arrival/check in. I had called ahead to let the hotel know I would be a very late check in and they said that was fine, reception is 24/7. Once we arrived the entry was locked, no one was answering the reception phone (we called multiple times) and no one was answering the door buzzer. We only were able to check in bc another guest kindly let us into the lobby. It was after 10pm at night and raining and we had just driven 7 hours so wasn’t the best start. Other than that it is a very nice place to stay!
