The overall experience was ok. Found overall that staff were not very friendly and not very helpful. They did not seem to like being in the hospitality industry. There were a few exceptions during our 6 night stay. The room was fine, clean and beds and pillows comfortable.

Beautiful hotel under the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Our room wasn’t ready at check in but Kim gave us credit to have some food and drink in the hotel and had a bottle of wine and fruit platter delivered to our room that evening. Exceptional service. Short walk to the Rocks area. Highly recommend

We stayed in a super nice suite and def paid for it. This was a really great place with a really good location. The shower never got warm. I mean it was like warm and we did a shower at night then 3 in the am with no hot water ever. We also had 4 people in the room and only two towels. By the time we figured it out we were well on the way to the 3 am showers and running to the airport so didn’t even call. We had breakfast deliver at 630 and we ended up going down to the bar to finish card payment and get jelly since they didn’t send it. Overall, the service is lacking. Hotel is great location.

Perfect location. Friendly staff, though we were asked about 100 times if they could take our luggage for us. They were a tad annoying in this respect. The room was a bit small, but comfortable with a nice view. The bar was great.

The hotel is well located within easy walking distance to the Rocks, the Opera House, and many shops and restaurants. The market on the weekends is close by and lots of fun to browse

Was great to stay due to being pet friendly hotel. Staff were very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, except the pressure of the shower was a bit lame. Amazing location with green spaces under the bridge cross the road to let the dog out. Dinner was a bit slow but other than that, we’ve enjoyed our stay and will stay again. Thank you.
