Great place, owner not so great.

Apartment is in great location. My complaint is with the owner, who refused to consider any refund of any amount when the coronavirus forced the government to shut down flights to US, which forced me to leave 9 days early. The unused days amounted to a substantial amount. I also have not received my deposit. Not kind, not cool.

Very noisy

Although the apartment is on the 25th floor, there is almost continuous and very loud noise from turbines located on top of an adjacent building. Day and night. No double glazed doors and windows to protect you. No way to escape it. This also made the nice looking balcony simply unusable. A torment.
