NO pool at this hotel. Awesome server at The Bar, don't know his name but he was from France. Dinner server Carla made us very welcome with her warm smile and service.
The time was never correct but we sure enjoyed the clock.

Excellent hotel, totally recommended very good location. Excellent staff couldn’t do enough for you. Oh yes and Mr Parker(& team) front of house on level one restaurant absolutely a credit to this hotel regardless of being an Aston Villa fan!!!!! Made coming down for breakfast every morning a delightful experience on top of the A rated breakfast experience. Well done Fullerton Hotel!!!!!

Beautiful Hotel but I would never book over Christmas again , limited staff on duty , Restaurant closed on public holiday even though the hotel was almost at capacity (Boxing Day ) Ladies toilets in the Lobby bins overflowing onto the floor with sanitary waste, waited 1 hour 10 minutes in restaurant for one club sandwich and a curry , room service was no better ordered Fish and chips large bowl of cold chips and three pieces of fish arrived no dressing and no greens 🥬 , I was really disappointed with this 5 Star ⭐️ hotel

The breakfast was excellent. The lobby and the surroundings were fantastic excellent location close to everything. There was a problem with the shower hot water was too hot or too cold kept fluctuating untill i asked them to check. They could have better pillows. A the mini fridge cold be colder.
