Stayed at The Fullerton Hotel Sydney for our wedding anniversary and loved every minute. Our room was spacious and spotless, and the room service was quick, delicious, and felt like a treat. Every staff member we met was warm and genuinely helpful, which made the stay feel special. A perfect choice for a celebratory weekend—highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Fullerton. The location is fantastic, we did not take an Uber or taxi the whole time we stayed there as everything was in walking distance - we walked to Circular Quay, Darling Harbour, the Botanic Gardens, Barangaroo and more plus right outside our hotel was the best shopping area you could imagine. 2 min walk to the Westfield building was fantastic. The hotel itself is stunning, very elegant and the lobby/bar & restaurant area was exceptional. The staff were also exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are great, had everything we needed. Only 2 things that could be improved were the pillows which were super uncomfortable and the shower which would not stay the same temperature. It would fluctuate from cold to really hot the whole time we were in the shower, pretty annoying but minor considering the rest of our experience was great. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Sydney.

This is a top hotel, so beautiful, everything about it is exceptional,we had a beautiful room, so big and spotless.Also the location is perfect, close to trains and all transport although we walked quite a bit as we love seeing the sights. The staff are so kind and friendly. I look forward to staying there again.

I stayed 8 nights. The staff are friendly and courteous. The room was comfortable and clean. Some of the fixtures & hardware could do with an upgrade. Better to have flooring without carpets. Hotel is well located. Andrew welcomes you at breakfast with a warm smile and friendly service. A great way to start the day! I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel

Fast lifts always prompt. The smell in the foyer is their signature scent-amazing. Staff are polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and everything works as it should. I read negative reviews as I do for every place before a stay. I was not charged any extra that I shouldn’t be. My only negative feedback was don’t do the price promise they have on their website. They tell customers to book with them then show them cheaper ones but has all these terms & conditions so I didn’t. I emailed them and John their manager said yes send the link. It took him days to reply no they won’t match it. I gave them feedback they should not have that as some may get tricked thinking they can book direct with the hotel and they’ll beat/match it. Last min was the best price even the hotel couldn’t beat.Overall highly recommend. Nothing went wrong and the location is so close to the tram and centre of it all.

Centrally located just beside Martin Place this is a very nice hotel with friendly staff, spacious rooms with all the facilities. The parking offer with Wilson Parking about 3 minutes walk away was also very convenient.
