A satisfactory stay. Housekeeping had to reconfigure the king to twin beds which was done courteously and promptly. The removal of the in-room microwave is a loss that may be a consideration about booking future stays at Ibis.

Love the location- short walk to central, world square shops, restaurants, public transport. Staff friendly enough. Self serve check in. Room looked a little tired (bathroom door handle and stopper broken) but overall quite good. Daily room service which was nice! Room was quiet even though close to a main road. Couldn’t figure out where the mugs were kept - was in a drawer above the fridge with no handle, needed to pull open from underneath. This hotel used to have a simple gym which was great before they changed ownership- definitely miss the gym. Overall very happy with my stay!

Photos make the rooms look nicer than they actually are, seems much older/worn down where I was. The room we got felt more like a college dorms room than a hotel room. The bathroom floor had mold/mildew, the tv remote was covered in gunk, and it was just apparent that the cleaning was not the most thorough. Maybe the standard rooms don’t get as good of care as the nicer rooms available. Not much near the hotel in terms of activities/restaurants and you need to walk 10-20 minutes. or take transit to get anywhere of note. It works if you just need a place to sleep for the night. Ive stayed in cleaner and better kept motels.
