Large selection in mini bar although we did not have any, good size complimentary water. Interesting decor as most W hotels. Very happy our room was ready when we arrived a couple hours ahead of check-in time.

What a wonderful hotel . Would give it 10 Stars if I could. Exceptional service and brilliant facilities and dining . It was a surprise gift for my father and all staff in particular Sarah, made sure every detail was perfect for him . He had a ball! Can’t thank you enough for making his stay there memorable . Hotel modern, very shmick. Staff were not up to standard (room service were excellent, desk staff not.) I was over charged - probably a Mistake. Chinese counter man was talking to other guests over my shoulder and encouraging them to come to him for service… I’m guessing something strange was going on…. They nearly pushed me out of the way.. bizarre check in. But the room was great, pool also… meals were good… I’ll stay again, but I give them because of staff 4/5

Staff was very nice in every department. We were welcomed by Yuki at the front drive. Very upbeat and friendly, always needed a pleasant arrival especially after a long international flight. At the front desk Airi was also warm and very friendly. She provided recommendations around the area on where to eat and walk around. Both ladies are amazing team members for the hotel. I enjoy W properties and this is one I will recommend to all my friends.

Great place for families

We had a great stay at the W. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was really comfortable and well-appointed. We had space for two adults and two teenagers in good confort. The location is perfect and we had amazing views from our room. We didnt need much but whatever it was the staff was on top of it.

A very modern and qwerty style and a pleasant ambience. Bed was very comfortable which led to a restful sleep, very quiet. Food was good, in-house service was quick and breakfast was a little above average.
