We had to line up and wait for a table for 20 minutes to have breakfast that we already prepaid when we booked the accommodation and we were told when we checked in to avoid the crowds we should have breakfast before 8 o’clock or after 9:30 despite showing up at 9:30 didn’t make any difference . travelled the world and never experienced anything like it. It’s a 5 star hotel and that is unacceptable , lift your game up and employ the right people to do delivery results

Great venue for my wife’s 60th plus we got an upgrade on checkin. Loved the room and view and we could walk to a dinner booking and along the shore past Barangaroo. Family came in to visit and go out for dinner. It was a special weekend. Thanks.

We had a a great stay at the W Sydney, Perfect location, clean spacious and quiet room with amazing view of Darling Harbour & Saturday fireworks, plus the heated rooftop infinity pool.
