Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

Within a 5 min walk to a large selection of leading restaurants in Coogee , along with famous hotels .
Also located within a 5 minute walk to the famous Ritz movie theatre , and The Spot eateries .

Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
Please note: Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes. Any associated call-out fees for fire alarm activation will be billed to you.
Interaction with Guests:
We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out. Simply send us a message via the channel where you booked, we have a 100% response rate. We are also just a phone call away :)
The place was amazing!! It was the perfect size and included all the amenities and necessities I needed. It was also in a great area, not too far from downtown Coogee. Overall a great experience with the apartment and the host. Thank you!
From the very beginning of our enquiry right through to check out, our host and accommodation was faultless, made us feel comfortable and "at home", no issues to refer onto family and friends next time they are in Sydney
Sadly it did not live up to website images or descriptor: stated 2 queen beds, but one was double, indicated an office that did not exist. Tired and worn through living areas with some damaged furniture. Kitchen well equipped but diminished by grotty sticky floor on arrival.

Property was clean and quiet and big enough for 4 adults. Position of key lock box was difficult to access and see if you had entered the right code. I had to get on hands and knees under the mail boxes. Otherwise a good stay
good location and having parking was a big bonus as parking in that area is tricky. The apartment was pretty good although showing signs of some wear and tear but good for the price
