Location: The apartment house is opposite the spa center in the immediate vicinity of the pedestrian zone Friedrichstrasse. It is less than 100 m to the beach. The apartment is on the 4th Floor (elevator accessible via a few steps) and has a west-facing balcony. Size: 1 room apartment approx. 32 m² for 2 people. Equipment: Renate 23 In the living room there is a sofa set and in front of the window the dining area. In a white wall unit there are two fold-out wall units that can be folded apart. The small kitchen is separated from the living room. From the balcony you can see the sea behind the Sylter Welle. The bathroom has a shower. The apartment is equipped with WiFi and telephone (to the German landline). Pets are not allowed. A parking space, if available, can be rented outside or in the underground garage. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This is calculated separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
