The host was easy to communicate with. There was ample parking. We really appreciated having 2 beds in one of the bedrooms so we each had a separate bed. Absolutely LOVED the reclining chairs!!!!

The online pictures were accurate but there were no details of the outside. The driveway is very steep and lower cars will bottom out going up. There is no back yard. The added mini-split HVAC system was installed making an eye sore in the front. It appears the cleaners used a wood wax on a laminate floor throughout the house which caused all the floors to be sticky.

This was a comfortable un-pretentious apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. It was the perfect landing spot for our group while we attended a 3 day conference that was less than 15 mins away. Kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals, beds were comfortable, AC was so nice for those warm summer evenings. Grocery store is just over a mile away.

Great neighborhood

Robert was a good host and replied swiftly when I had questions. Was a very convenient location. The only complaint I would have is the neighbors smoking pot outside an open window. Which isn’t even a complaint against the property or the host.
