Ended up packing up and leaving at 8pm the day I checked in. The front desk burnt popcorn or something in the microwave and set off the whole hotels fire alarm. Woke my 4 year old and 4 month old up in a pure panic. The front desk lady just laughed and said “oops”. I couldn’t get my 4 year old to calm down, she was terrified it was going to happen again. I understand accidents happen but the lack of accountability was disappointing.

Could have provided more fruit options. The hard boiled eggs were a nice option but think they were overboiled. I had to wait about 10-15 minutes before the front desk person arrived to check me in. She was very polite and apologized for the delay. Just not clear why there was on one there when I arrived. Were were tired after a long day and had to wait too long. The radiator in room was not working - it was blowing out cool air so we had to turn off the wall thermostat to get it to stop blowing.

Horrible. We pulled into town at 7:30am and needed a room until 2pm. Front desk was totally fine with it. So we got a room. Room service woke us up twice after telling them we had the room until 2 and front desk came knocking earlier. Absolutely not acceptable.

Room was clean but very noisy next to the road and very limited parking for a 1 ton truck. 2 tour buses there with football teams causing lots of noise. Courteous staff.
