Need to change room for a non smoking room inspite of the property is completely non smoking as mentioned .. all water system was clogged.. asked for the change but there was no response .. elevator was having urinal smell .. not a good option I feel .. pool was not operating also ..

when I showed up and laid on the bed after a while I realized the sheets were sprinkled with blood I called the front desk to clean it and the front desk supervisor came and changed them arguing that it was s third party rental and they have nothing to do with it I was very upset and discussed about it that I will never stay at this this hotel...
