The property was great was clean ,the staff so helpful and kind. We finally had to go down and complain about the noise overhead. It sounded like they were dragging furniture all across the floor right above is. At 2am. The lady on duty apologized and said she'd take care of it.. That noise stopped but a few minutes later , someone ,we assume ,the people that were asked to be quieter , started setting off a car alarm,every few minutes. That lasted several hours. We just have up and tried to doze. I can't believe some people can be so unthoughtful and rude. I would stay hear again. Clean and comfortable. Thank you,Kathy Roath

AMY was very great staff but another woman staff knocked on door at 9pm, I was not dressed so only opened crack but she demanded I open door and I did then she started yelling at me about "being inappropriate" because of lack of clothes. I immediately went to office, clothed, to complain vehemently

When we arrived the lobby was closed due to flooding in laundry room. The girl working was rude & told me & the other people waiting to check in she didn’t know when she’d be able to check us in & to go somewhere else if we wanted a room right away. I asked her what the time frame was going to be before we could check in & she said she didn’t know. We ended up waiting a few more minutes & she did check us in. She did apologize in the end but I will never stay here again.

The floor in the bathroom had not been cleaned from the previous renter (hair and debris), the phone system did not work so when there was a drunk man outside our door using profane language talking to his dog for two hours there was nothing we could do but endure it.

The door going outside doesn't close all the way. It has large gaps underneath door. No wonder I saw roaches in there despite not bringing in food. Very loud. Heard people outside yelling and in room next door. I was suppose to stay 3 nights but after first I checked out and still billed for 3.

It was quiet at night, but during the day the door did not block out the noise. The room was clean and came with a useable kitchenette. If needed, I would stay again based on the value and cleanliness.
