Completely renovated in 2022, this independent gîte is nestled in a peaceful hamlet, offering a calm environment and all the necessary comfort.

Its proximity to Dinan makes it a strategic location for exploring the Emerald Coast , Saint-Malo, Dinard, Cancale, Mont-Saint-Michel and Cap Fréhel.

Ease of access is the major feature of this accommodation, everything being arranged on the ground floor : a living room, a fitted kitchen, a lounge with a very comfortable sofa bed of 140 x 190.

The layout also includes a bedroom, a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower , and a separate toilet . The bedroom is equipped with two single beds of 80 x 200, which can be joined for couples (or a large bed of 160 x 200), with the possibility of adding a baby bed on request.
