Atendimento com muita má vontade, quarto com ar condicionado quebrado, camas com colchões sem condições de uso e extremamente desconfortável, cheiro fortíssimo de comida o tempo todo, banheiro sem box e com rodo para que o hóspede puxe a água para o ralo. Realmente surreal ser chamado de hotel.

Estadia péssima, as fotos não tem nada haver com o quarto que me colocaram, primeiro me colocaram no quarto que o banheiro era aberto no teto e depois me colocaram em outro quarto que o chuveiro ficava encima do vazo, o ar condicionado faz um barulho que incomoda e o cheiro de toda comida que é feita na cozinha vai toda pra dentro do quarto, e o cafe da manha é muito ruim

Hotel bem localizado, no Centro de Taguatinga. Porém, o atendimento não é dos melhores, reservei e paguei pelo app e no check in fui obrigado a pagar novamente, mesmo mostrando o comprovante. No outro dia me informaram que tinha um estorno em aberto. Não recomendo para estadias superiores a 02 dias. Cafe da manha servido no quarto.

Não é hotel é MOTEL MUITO BARULHO CAMAS DE CIMENTO BANHEIRO SUJO ATENDIMENTO POR UM BURACO TIPO PASSA PRATO , resumindo um guichê não tem estacionamento mais na reserva falava que tinha , café da manhã servido no quarto bem simples nem pão tem apenas um copo de leite com nata pão de queijo e cuscuz … experiência horrível!!!!! Está bom de acordo com o valor da diária.

Fiz a reserva pela internet no dia 22 a noite. Quando estava a caminho do aeroporto no dia seguinte recebi a noticia de que não teria vaga. Entrei em contato com eles e a atendente Naiara, que é muito competente, deu um jeito e conseguiu um quarto pra mim. Não tinha frigobar, mas eu passaria o dia inteiro em curso, então, não tinha problema. O quarto era limpo, ar condicionado funcionando. O café da manhã é servido no quarto. Mas poderia ter estações de TV a Cabo, as básicas pelo menos. Está de acordo com o que cobra de diária.
