• Maximum Occupancy: 8;
• Parking: 3 cars allowed. There is a garage, parking in the driveway and a parking pad. During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate.
• No pets (Family Allergies);
• Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
• Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
• Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 7 AM per Placer county regulations;
• Full Terms & Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation;
• Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
•Agreement must be signed by Occupants aged 25 or older.
