The service was outstanding, with a special mention to Ruby who was very helpful with my daughter. All of the staff were kind, courteous and so willing to go out of their way to assist us in every way possible. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with wonderful housekeeping. The breakfasts were always yummy and having access to the dining area during the day and night made a handy place to eat takeout plus meet friends other than pur room. Would definitely recommend the Dandy Tianmu and would stay there again.

Laundry service

Good to have free laundry services but advise them to have better control for guests using it. A hotel guest at Rm#17x5 used two dryers (total of 4 there) for more than 4 hours on 25 April. One machine had only 8 pieces of clothes there. He was totally inconsiderate and also spent 5 minutes in folding his clothes one by one despite the fact I had been waiting for his machine for an hour.

Too far away from central Taipei

Hotel is nice but Tianmu location is way out there - have to take a bus to get to any MRT. The other branches Daan and Tianjin are more central.

I chose this place was because it was close to where I grew up. But what i didn’t know was it’s very convenient to get anywhere I wanted to go even though there’s no subway station nearby. Walking to the closest subway station would be a nice walk to experience Taiwan.

Service was top notch. I would like to single out Ruby, Tony, and Alex, who have clearly showed genuine assistance, be it with directions or ordering take outs and deliveries. The breakfast staff was equally helpful, and with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable. And I liked their complimentary munchies. The hotel location was not perfect but restaurants and shopping were all within easy walking distance. Taxis and Uber services were actually quite reasonable, so we used them frequently. After three days at the hotel, we left there with much satisfaction, feeling we had great service and accommodation. Thank you to all the staff at Dandy Hotel.

What I like about this property is the fact that it offers free usage of washer and dryer, it is very convenient. The hotel is also near a river which offers very pleasant walking trails along its banks. The staff members are very helpful and courteous.
