This hotel is 100% best location in Taipei, the room is floor not carpet , it is very clean, our washroom come by with a bathtub, you can take relaxing after walking trip. The breakfast was included that is convenient for morning, We preferred soft mattress , that is the only concern.

Great hotel within walking distance from Taipei Main Station. There are a wealth of street food options in the immediate area. The hotel is clean, well-kept, and while there is only one washer and dryer, both do an excellent job and the dryer will fully dry your clothes in 40 minutes. Only negative is my family found the bathtub a bit difficult to navigate; the bathtub is high and slopes inwards. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again the next time we are in Taipei.

Had a room without a window so the room is a bit dark but it didn’t impact us since we were out all the time. It’s walkable to the TaiPei railway station and MRT. To avoid the heat,we always went underground mall. There are lots of different shops in the underground mall. Heaps of restaurants, shops closed to the hotel. We went few of the one day tours. The gathering points were always one of the station gates so it’s super handy. The breakfast bar in the hotel also has variety of different food, we like it. Last but not least the laundry is handy although it cost 150NT to wash and dry.

Lovely stay! The room and amenities are exactly as shown online. The receptionist Ariel was very helpful. Our room was cleaned daily as per our request. We were excited to see a TV in our room and bathroom but unfortunately, they weren’t working at the time. We hope that’ll be sorted out when we return on the 9th of July. Good experience otherwise!

Great, Convenient Location to Taipei Main Station

The hotel is conveniently located. It is so close to Taipei Main Station - to catch MRT, airport link, high speed rails etc. it is also close to Shin Kong Mitsukoshi shopping centre, Ximending night market, National Taiwan Museum … Hotel’s check in and check out process is very easy. Can self service using the machine, or if require assistance by the staff, there is always someone there. Hotel is clean. Room is reasonably big. The bed is huge. Towels are changed daily.

Very efficient check-in and check-out. Variety of breakfast and friendly staff. I was assigned to a room with no windows and the room temp was set to 23 centigrades automatically. But overall, the stay was quite comfy.

I paid extra for the window room, but the room we stayed had very strong 油煙味which cause us not being able to sleep. I am glad I only stay there for one night, the staff were very nice and helpful though. And the location was pretty convenient.
