I had arrived earlier in the morning and requested for early check in about 2pm. However the staff said that they would have to charge me if I check in before 3pm. The earliest they will let me enter the room will be 2.45pm. I was really tired after a red eye flight and ended up sleeping on the sofa at the lobby. The staff woke me up at exactly 2.45pm to pass me my room card. I thought there could have been more flexibility and empathy from the hotel staff as I will be checking out earlier for my departure day which I feel I should not be charged for the earlier check in. It’s my first time experiencing such inflexibility from a hotel. This is the only negative feedback I have. Overall, it was a pleasant stay as hotel is located near mrt station and walking distance to the popular Fu Hang Soy Shop and Hua Shan Park.

The hotel overcharged a room that accommodated three guests. The room size was not big enough and the facilities were not equipped for three guests. There wasn’t a wardrobe to hang the clothes. It was a terrible experience.
