The hotel has the perfect location, it’s inside the train station. Rooms are clean. The only issue is the lighting. I got the no-window room so I expected the room to be a bit dark but there was barely any lighting by the bathroom sink mirror. Other than that, the stay was amazing.

The property lacked elevators. The staff were not friendly at all. Some lights in our room were not functional. There was a strong herby smell in the corridors leading up to the rooms

Easy to move around as it is very near to MRT Taipei Main Station. There is an underground passage that could be used in case it is raining. I booked a family room for 4. Requested for additional 4 pillows but was only granted 2 complimentary. Wish they could provide all 4. Thank you.

Hard to find if you don’t read Chinese as it is among a high rise office block. No windows in our room but we were upgraded to a four bed room so had plenty of space. Very close to shopping and for us, importantly to the main railway station. Very busy and lots of rooms crammed in on one floor. Poor soundproofing as we heard a very noisy family with children next door but thankfully they were asleep by midnight! Basic cheap stay which was ok for one night is you need just to rest your head after one days sightseeing/ shopping. Seems more like a hostel. Also, check in wasn’t until 5pm which seemed abnormally late.
