The location is very convenient from bus, train stations, e-bike, shopping centers and attraction is great!.
Staff are very helpful, kind and nice. I appreciate them so much.
Air condition was too cold, tried several times to adjusted it but it wont make any changes, maybe because it was already set as is.
Our bathroom doors height is not through celling or not close totally- only halfway if you’re staying with friends or family its not comfortable to do your “business” as they can hear it and eventually can smell it too its a very uncomfortable.
Hotel room are non smoking room but when we checked-in our room smells cigarette.
Upon reserving and checkin, we weren't informed that some other part of the hotel are under construction, my mom wasnt feeling well so we stayed in the room whole day and we cant rest properly due to construction noice, the drilling and hammering was too loud from 10am-5pm . Informed the Frontdesk about it and she only said the construction will end at 5pm.
We request an airport transfer it was very convenient as well and our driver was so nice.
Overall it was a perfect location for everything and good service.
