Comfy stay at VIA Hotel

It was a 1st time staying here and I was pleased with the service of all the staff of VIA Hotel. Location is walking distance to the mrt and ximending shopping area. Hotel provide snacks and drinks for guest 24 hrs and a comfy area for u to relax while waiting to check in. Staff are very friendly and approachable and always ready to assist u when in need. Room is comfortable with the good air conditioning and excellent TV entertainment. Keep it up and I will definitely stay here again when back in Taipei👍👍👍😊

nice snack bar with free tea eggs every morning! There is a coffee machine, ginger tea and milk tea etc too. I like the hot and warm water dispenser, don't need to boil water in room anymore! Room is small though, there is no wardrobe, hardly has space to put clothes. There is a free mini massage device in the room!

Excellent service and great location

The service is excellent and the location of the hotel is very convenient. The snacks and drinks provided free at the lobby area is a very nice gesture from the hotel. The staff are courteous and warm all the time. We had a great stay!

Excellent services. Front desk was passionate, served with great hospitality. The room was a little bit dusty though. Room for improvement in bathroom design. Water splashed all over when taking shower. Food station was amazing!

We picked Via Hotel Ximen because of their availability of quad rooms, convenient location, and their 24/7 lobby/snack area - nice place to hang out. Communication was very responsive. Would have given 5 stars but the airport transfer we booked thru hotel (took several calls and some waiting time but bus did show up) had a slight miscommunication - I was assured several times to not worry. Staff was friendly. I would book again.

Great Staff, Good Location

We were a little concerned when we were walking to the hotel because it is on a market street filled with stinky tofu and you enter through a store, but our stay ended up being great! The room was spacious, clean, and the bath was relaxing. It was quiet and the staff was both friendly and incredibly helpful. They made multiple calls for us to set up restaurant reservations and gave us directions whenever needed (including to a pharmacy to pick up cold medication—they also translated the medication directions for us). There was free laundry on site and endless snacks in the lobby area. The location is great, reasonably close to a metro stop and within a very bustling shopping/food area. It is not a peaceful area if that's what you're looking for, but after a week in Taipei we thought we stayed in the most interesting area of the city.
