Fun little hotel packed into a tourist-centric village. Yang expected our car and met us with a map she had hand annotated with lots of suggestions as to how to spend our time. The facilities were a good value.

The staffs are so helpful. Very friendly, breakfast included. We're staying at the bottom unit, so need to be careful with animal poo.

Perfect compliment to Juifen

The staff was amazing and the location was perfect for exploring the town. It was a short walk from the parking lot. We wish we could have stayed a second night. The room we had was huge with a separate bedroom with two double beds in addition to the main room with double beds and the kitchenette area.

It is more than a room, it is a whole apartment, come with diining table and a small seating with beanies. It is with taste, and a balconies facing the occean. Host are warm and gracious. They make you want to come back again and again

Very nice room with stunning view. My kids love staying there. very roomy and big enough for 5 of us. Staffs are nice, friendly and easy to communicate. They suggested places to visit, explore and eat. They don't have their own parking but they will suggest one with a reasonable overnight parking fee and the staffs will help taking your luggage. Prepare to walk a lot of stairs in Jiufen.

It was a great place to spend some time in Jiufen. Windsor’s place is close to all the stores, shops and restaurants. Since the homestay and the Jiufen old town are located on the hill, it was very nice that the owners helped to ship our luggages to the close by bus stop.

Beautiful scenery and kind staff. However for those that are physically disabled or have weak knees, it wasn't very convenient to access our apartment due to the lack of a ramp and just stairs.

Highly recommend!

Staff been proactive and friendly, also accommodating to our needs. View from our room is amazing, bedding is comfortable and just right. Location is another plus, close to the busy areas and keep away the noises. Breakfast is tasty and they make it different daily. Would love to come back and highly recommend!

Ms. Kyo and her staffs were friendly and quick to respond to our requests. She spoke fluent Japanese too, and gave us tips re: restaurants, cafes and so on around the town. Room was spacious ad clean.
