Logan Martin Lake- 3/2 waterfront home with breathtaking views and calm waters

This home has some of the BEST views on the lake. Stationed in a large cove just off the main channel, the sunset views are breathtaking all summer long. It is a quiet area with generally calm waters good for swimming, paddle boarding, or wake surfing. Its a fisherman's delight with some good spots nearby... but shhh its a secret! Boat ramp on site. Pontoon boats can be rented nearby at Poor House Marina.
The home is all one level with spacious living area. Large deck spans the back of the house, perfect for soaking up the view. Flat back yard with a short, easy stroll to the water.
Life jackets and various floats available for complimentary use. Lily Pad available for additional fee.

This home is in a great location about 15 minutes from Pell City which offers a few dining options and basic shopping. It’s a quick 45 mins from downtown Birmingham, and just under 2 hours from Atlanta. It is also an 11 min drive by road to the popular fishing tournament destination Lincoln Landing. Talladega Speedway is 12 mins away. Talladega National forest is under 20 mins away.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The house was comfortable for a party of three and the deck was perfect for watching the sun set. The kitchen is well stocked to meet all of our cooking needs. The host answered all of our questions promptly and was very welcoming.The lake provided excellent fishing with good populations of bass and crappie. I am already looking forward to bringing my family back to this wonderful home.

C.G. Louisiana Very clean! The host was very helpful when i needed anything she was there to help. The kitchen was well equipped, but the fan on the hood of the stove did not work. The hot water heater didn’t last for 7 people some of us had cold showers.lBut over all I would definitely rent this lake house again very beautiful lake view and clean place to stay. Highly recommend this place.

Everything was perfect about this lake home! We especially loved the easy access to the water and watching the beautiful sunsets. Our kids and really the whole family loved playing in the flat backyard. Home was so cozy, clean and had everything we needed. We'll definitely be back.

Great stay on the lake! The location is amazing, quiet and perfect for a relaxing getaway with a view. The home is comfortable and clean with a nice great room to gather. The hosts made life vests and some floats, as well as board games, available which made it so easy to just arrive and enjoy!

House was better than described--should include a picture of the deck that runs the length of the house and overlooks the yard and lake! Perfect size for 6 adults and 1 baby. Kitchen accesories were better quality than a usual VRBO.DD coffee, charging outlets next to the bed; Meyers soap in the bathrooms; plenty of trashbags, dishwaster soap, beach towels, etc! Great dock!
