I had a dispute with the hotel over the disgusting state the room was in upon check-in. Within minutes of getting in the room I noted flies, dirty sheets, body fluids on the duvet and massive amounts of pubic hair on the hand towel that my son wiped his face with. The bathroom was filthy as well. Given the state of the room’s cleanliness and researching my assigned room 219 further, I noted that other guests complained of bed bugs in this particular room only about a month ago. I decided to check out given the condition and requested a refund. The employee at the counter said that only Travelocity could refund the charge. I reached out to Travelocity that evening and after 30 minutes in a chat room was told that after checking with the hotel that the hotel would not authorize a refund. So who is being disingenuous, the hotel or Travelocity? Travelocity clearly does not value their customers nor stand behind their satisfaction. They should be ashamed of the service provided and taking the word of a flea bag hotel. The hotels reviews alone should disqualify them from selling rooms on Travelocity. As a result of Travelocity’s lack of customer service, I had to book another room 30 minutes away for $330, making an overnight stay in Tallahassee a total $550. Buyer beware!!!

Got there late and we just a cheap hotel for the night but it was dirty and feet prints on the doors like hey had been kicked in. Was clean and wasn’t quite. But staff was nice when I checked in. Wont be going back
