We've stayed here many, many times. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but no luxury AT ALL. Very basic room with old furniture and (sometimes) bad tv reception. The bathrooms are clean but in severe need of renovations. The breakfast is a piece of fruit, granola bars, muffins, yogurt and water. Again, they are clean and comfortable rooms, but absolutely nothing luxurious at this location. There is a Cracker Barrel restaurant right behind the hotel.

*****AVOID THIS PROPERTY. PAY MORE & SUFFER LESS.***** 1.) King Size Bed (verified by staff) had deep recessed long hole on one side (pics taken and provided). Staff/Management refused to move us to another Kingsize room, stating they had no more available, while Kingsize rooms were being rented online for both days of our reservation. THE LYING WAS HIGHLY ANNOYING. They refused to provide us a room change to a KingSize room, stating they had already gone above and beyond to accommodate us. 2.) Front desk staff told us at midnight that any issues with a room are supposed to be reported within 30 minutes of Check-In, however we had no reason to suspect a bed with a deep trough hole on one side with the bedspread covering the bed. Absolutely heinous! 3.) Door keys would not work repeatedly during our entire stay. We had to walk back down to front desk multiple times daily for new door key cards. 3.) Hanging clothes rack was swaying on the wall about to fall off wall. 4.) Breakfast was muffins, bran bars, oranges, yogurt cups, coffee, and water. 5.) Light fixtures, furniture, and tub/shower was antiquated and in poor condition. 6.) Hotel staff (lady named “Sage”) stated they did not know the names of the managers for that property. 7.) The lady (“Sage”) told me I had to contact third party reservation company to complain and secure any resolutions. AVOID THIS PROPERTY. PAY MORE & SUFFER LESS. Our kindness was met with nonchalant “Sorry” attitudes.

The location of the property is ideal, close to the Universities and everything was within a 15 minute drive. The staff was efficient and friendly. The rooms were clean, housekeeping comes every morning.The hotel itself can do with some upgrades; the door card readers took a while to open the door. It takes about 5 minutes for the hot water in the shower to get hot. The coffee and hot was only hot at the start of the day. The breakfast options are minimal; it's a cart with water, muffins, breakfast bars, oranges and yogurt. I would recommend this hotel for a 2 or 3 night stay. The price per night is good compared to others in the area.
