The rooms were clean. The front desk service was excellent. There were people hanging in the rear parking lot smoking and drinking inside their car. Other than that, the property is great.

Had a drink and was greeted by a very nice young lady. It was late and needed a room and nothing was available. Lobby attendant was professional and nice to deal with and would recommend it a moment to anyone

Someone at this property attempted to break in to my room, evidenced by a clearly damaged door that would not fully close afterwards. The General Manager was rude and uninterested in taking a look at the door, helping me or calling the police. I had to call Tallahassee PD and make a report. They advised me to leave the property immediately. I advise any woman traveling alone to avoid this property. There is something sinister happening and you could be in danger.

I liked the convenience to the Capitol. And FSU. but the area around the hotel is not where I spend time. Higher end restaurants, for instance, are elsewhere.
