I need to mention first that the staff was absolutely excellent! The motel/room itself was greatly lacking. Partly our fault since we asked for an upstairs room after they had planned to give us a downstairs room. When we got to the upstairs room, there was a bag of garbage in front of the door that was leaking something that smelled like fish. After a short time, someone came and cleaned it up and put bleach where it leaked. Definitely helped. Then, there was no hot water. We let the sink and tub run for some time but still none. Then we got a stranger knocking on the door saying she was looking for her "home girl." Not our best experience at a hotel.

All the AC and the amenities and everything was fine. It was their service and the fact that I had a room book through till Friday. They, for some reason entered my room on Thursday claimed that I moved a bunch of furniture around when I didn't. I left my room squared away for work. That morning and came back to all my stuff sitting by the trash.

Where do we begin stains of dryed food on floor. Killed 2 roaches on the floor and told staff and they just looked at us thank God i brought bug spray with us. No tissues or table in the room to eat at no place to put suitcase on wouldn't put on the dirty floor. Had to wait 10 minutes for hot water to work. Again asked the front desk about hot water and that's the answer we got let it run for at least 10 minutes. No clock in room. No frig or microwave. Lot of stange activity outside with people coming and going in the parking lot, door frame had a gap at the bottom of door threshold because it was all bent. If you are attending a college football game and are drunk a great place to stay. We have never ever stayed in such a hotel before.

Clean room but roach infested near entertainment center. Need update curtains. No dry towels, soap, shampoo in the room. No smoking detector. Under construction????
