The host was welcoming and attentive to our needs. We stayed for over 30 days and the home was perfect for us. The property was clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was nice and close, to our unit, we were walking distance to town and the beach. The monkeys visited regularly and were entertaining. We would definitely stay again with Andrea.

Nice place close to town

Check in was easy, walking distance to all shops and beach if you are active, otherwise you may want to rent a golf cart or other means of transportation, my wife and I carried a couple back packs for trips to the markets and groceries. Accommodations were as noted in add, nice 2 bedroom 2 bath, everything worked as it should. There are other rentals in the complex so at times it is quit busy, but still reasonably quiet, pool area is small and doesn’t take long to fill up. All in all, a nice place to stay while in Tamarindo.

Fabulous!

Our host Andrea was extremely responsive and is super quick with providing solutions, no matter what you needed. She’s simply the best we’ve ever had. The condo is new and modern. Fairly well equipped. High speed wifi. The king size bed is soooo comfortable with quality linen. Plenty of towels, including beautiful large beach towels. The front terrace is large, fairly private and beautiful. While having our morning coffee, we could see the howler monkeys resting in the trees in front of the condo. They are not agressive at all, mostly sleeping on the branches and just minding their own business. There is a BBQ on the back terrace which we used a lot (we were there for 6 weeks). The beach is probably more like a 15 minute walk but in that heat it felt like hours lol. The good news is you can Uber anywhere in town or the beach for about $5. We didn’t feel like we needed a car has if you want to do any excursion most of them will pick you up at the condo or somewhere close in town. Tamarindo beach has lounge chairs and umbrella for $20 for the day. Lots of great restaurants. We truly enjoyed the place and the location. It’s really a fun town! Thank you Andrea for making our stay a memorable one. We hope to be back

Great Place with a Great Location

The condo is new and fully furnished. Andrea sent us all the info we needed to check in as well as places to dine and activities. The pool was so relaxing. The front patio was a great area for morning coffee. The walk into town was 10-15 minutes. The place was very secure. I would definitely recommend!

The property was as listed. The BBQ was great to have. The beds were very comfortable. Howler monkeys hanging out in the trees. Very close to Tamarindo center and beach was a 20 minute walk. Great vacation rental. Would recommend it for sure.
