Catch your breathe at The Breeze, Tamarindo's finest modern luxury retreat .

Our compound consists of 5 villas - Villa Cortes, Coco Bolo, Ron Ron, Almendro and Joe Guanacaste.

Our villas can accommodate up to 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children. There is a $35 fee per person/per night for each additional person more than 4 people.

Situated approximately 150 meters/yards from the beach, our superb vacation home lies nestled in a perfect tropical setting. A magnificently preserved Guanacaste tree accentuates the ground's beauty. Lush tropical gardens are woven around this sensational two-bedroom, two bath jewel, which opens up to a cascading split-level pool and lounging area - perfect for a dip in the water or an afternoon of soaking up Costa Rica's rich rays of sun.

Our four two-bedroom villas are single story. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom, and sliding glass doors open up onto each bedroom's patio. Luxury linens and great mattresses are key to the divine sleeping comfort our beds provide. For your convenience, our bathrooms are stocked with luxurious bath and pool/beach towels.

Full kitchens throughout all the homes are complete with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster-oven and coffee maker, along with contemporary dishes, cookware and silverware. Dine outdoors on your covered patio just off the living room as you enjoy the sites and sounds of paradise.

Sleekness and simple elegance are synonymous with THE BREEZE. From the living room's stylish red sofa to the bedroom's tasteful bed linens, the décor has been meticulously chosen by the proprietors to blend boutique hotel-style intimacy with a flair for the cosmopolitan. Among the many amenities are air conditioning in all bedrooms, 2 flatscreen TV's per unit, hi-speed wireless internet, daily 24-hour security within a gated community, free maid service, and babysitting and laundry services for a fee.

Private oasis

Lovely enclosed garden and pool in this small enclave of 5 rental houses. Lots of wildlife to view (howler monkeys, birds and iguanas) while you lounge by the pool. A perfect spot to cool down during the midday heat and also easy walking distance to groceries, beach and restaurants. Lovely property manager and host; so friendly and caring. We would stay here again when we come to Tamarindo

A wonderful 2 bedroom unit, with a lovely pool. It is just up the street from the beach and walking distance to the town with all the wonderful restaurants. We also heard some of the howler monkeys in the trees! And the A/C worked great!

Beautiful Oasis and wonderful location.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Breeze during a week-long getaway, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout; the property boasts a manicured landscape that feels like an oasis. The location couldn't have been better. The Breeze offered easy access to all the attractions and amenities the city has to offer. Whether I was exploring the nearby shops and restaurants or taking a leisurely stroll through the streets, everything was within walking distance. I should also add that the rooms are very spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable. But what truly made my stay memorable was the amazing host, Jean Marc, and the outstanding staff, Luca and Migdalia. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. Jean Marc went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, providing valuable recommendations for places to visit and dine. Jean Marc and Luca are great to talk to, and we spent several mornings having coffee and catching up; in all my travels, I have never had such a pleasant experience. Pura Vida!! Overall, my experience at The Breeze was nothing short of exceptional. The cleanliness, convenient location, amazing host, and friendly staff all contributed to making my stay truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch accommodation experience in Tamarindo.

Calming getaway

Outstanding property

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids ages 12 and 14) loved our three night stay at this property. The house was spacious and extremely clean. The location was great - close to the beach and restaurants yet set back from the street and private. There is also a food truck park nearby. The pool was great. We saw monkeys, parrots, and a huge iguana from our patio. As the mom of the group I really appreciated the daily cleaning service. They even did our dishes. And one morning it rained and there was a big umbrella waiting for us on our patio so we could still go to the beach. Our boys made use of the boogie boards every day. The AC kept the bedrooms cool for good sleeping. Overall this is a great spot. Highly recommend.

We recently stayed at one of the villas at The Breeze in Tamarindo and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The villa was exactly as pictured and was perfect for the three of us. The property is well maintained inside and out. Luca, the property manager greeted us as soon as we arrived and helped us get settled in. Luca and the owner Jean Marc came by daily to ensure we had everything we needed and provided recommendations for restaurants and shopping. Migdalia is a sweet young lady that came by daily to clean the villa and also provided us with laundry service. If we ever make our way back to Costa Rica we would definitely stay hear again. Thank you for everything!

me and my family had a great time (my kids are and 5 and 8) super close to down and 3 min walk to the beach. our place was perfect for a family of four, our cottage had two bathrooms which was great and Lucas the property manager was super helpful if we needed anything. The cleaning lady was awesome too and did a great job while we were out. We'll be back some day for sure!

Amazing stay at the Breeze in Tamarindo.

My family just spent 5 days in Tamarindo and we were lucky to stay at The Breeze. An oasis just a block up from downtown Tamarindo. The property was so clean, so inviting and beautifully landscaped. It was so nice to dip in the pool in the afternoon and watch the Howler monkeys in the trees above. We walked to the beach every day and had great choices of restaurants so close to our home. Rhonda set up all of our transportation and activities which allowed us to enjoy Costa Rica even more. We loved our stay and we will be back again 100%. Pura Vida!

Oasis in Town

Rhonda and Jean Marc were wonderful hosts and a wealth of information about Tamarindo. The property is a little private oasis just steps from the beach. First time in Tamarindo and we’ll return. Great casual restaurants and fun bars on and off the beach. Don’t miss the night market on Thursdays. Luca touched base with us daily to make sure all was well, and the staff were a joy! Five stars from us!

Tamarindo Oasis

We love everything about this property! Fantastic location close to restaurants, shops and most importantly the beach! We were warmly greeted by Lucas and our wonderful host Jean Marc and and had daily access to them to ask questions about the area. Our Villa was perfectly outfitted with everything we needed. It was cool, quiet, clean and comfortable. The pool and grounds were a little oasis and we will most definitely be back. This one is a 10/10.

Wonderful and Welcoming!

Jean marc was an excellent host he did everything to make us feel welcome! We loved his place, the first morning we were there we woke up to a really cool monkey show way up high in the trees! Super clean, wonderful management and staff! Excellent food (pig roast) right at the corner! Red snapper on the beach also excellent! Horseback riding on the beach! Loved it all!!

Paradise in Town!

Serene setting despite being so close to the all the action of town and the beach! Layout of unit perfect for our family of four - kitchen well equipped and great grill. Daily housekeeping was a real treat and very thorough. Rhonda and Jean Marc were always great resources and available. We highly recommend this lovely vacation retreat!

Surf adventure

The owners were easy to work with and flexible in helping us with our arrangements. The staff was exceptionally friendly and everyone was professional. Accommodations were just as expected. The walk to the beach was short and though we were close to town it truly felt like we were secluded in a private retreat. Would definitely be happy to return for another visit.

Tamarindo Gem

Location is everything in Tamarindo and this one can’t be beat! One short block away from the beach, shops, restaurants, and basically all that the town has to offer yet with secluded privacy. Jean Marc, Rhonda, and their staff made our stay incredible from start to finish. We saw howler monkeys, iguanas, an owl, and various other birds right on the property. Jean Marc and Luca connected us with surf lessons, board rentals, and restaurant suggestions such as Dragonfly (must go)! It was a trip we will never forget as a family
