Located in the heart of Ybor city's historic 7th Ave -a short walk from some of the best restaurants and clubs in South Tampa, yet far enough from the noise and crowd. This apt is Professionally Managed and Cleaned. Furnished with high quality premium furniture and decorations. Unfortunately, due to condo rules, no more than 5 PEOPLE including young children / toddlers are allowed to stay in the unit at one time.

The condo has the following:
* 1000 SQ feet of space - spacious, clean and modern.
* Brand new high-quality furniture, artwork, and accessories - not IKEA.
* Tempur-Pedic like bed, luxury sheets, bedbug proof encasement
* Full Kitchen with high-quality cookware and utensils
* LCD TV with high-speed internet and Netflix / Sling.
* Onsite Washer and Dryer
* Professionally clean with naturally derived, biodegradable products.
*** Private parking or residential street parking available for up to two cars. No trailers, 2 SUVs or Trucks allowed.
* Tempur-Pedic like bed - one king and one queen.
*We provide bath towels but no hand towels or wash cloths.

★ Security cameras on property - door entrance.
★Potential noise: Wild chickens inhabit Ybor, so the occasional rooster crow is possible. It's what makes the area unique! If you are very sensitive to noise / light sleeper, I suggest looking outside of this neighborhood.

Ybor is very central to everything in the South Tampa area. A 10-minute ride on the trolley car line takes you to the Channelside and downtown, which is home to the Tampa Bay Times Forum, Aquarium, Convention Center and Straz Performing Arts Center. Busch Gardens, Raymond James stadium, George Steinbrenner Field and the Hard Rock Casino are all within 10-15 minute driving distance.

★ No more then 4 people, excluding babies / young children
★ Unless approved prior to booking, NO check-in is allowed after 11PM

★Overall, HAVE FUN but please treat our condo the way you would your own home. We have put our hearts and souls into our little condo!!

Joli appartement

L'appartement est joli et trÚs fonctionnel. Il est situé dans le quartier de Ybor et tout proche également de l'aquarium, de Busch Garden et du Zoo, ce qui est pratique. Autour de l'habitation il y a des poules et des coqs ce qui nous fait donne un petit cÎté campagnard car se faire réveiller par le chant du coq en pleine ville n'est pas donné à tout le monde ;-)

Great Place, Location and Host

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Ybor City. We were walking distance to everything and centrally located in Tampa for car travel. We ran into some issues relocating our daughter and needed to extend our stay. Jimmy, the owner, helped us with suggestions and was very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend the condo and Jimmy for anyone interested in staying in Ybor City.

Excellent place to stay

We were in town for an event at the convention center. The trolley is a couple of blocks away and makes getting to and from the convention center painless. The condo is well stocked and has everything you need! It's not too far from the airport and has some night life close enough for you to walk. We enjoyed our stay!

A Time in Tampa

My husband and I stayed at Jimmy's place celebrating my 52nd Birthday. Upon arrival, the directions were precise and check in to the unit was a breeze! Upon entering, I immediately felt RELIEF! It looked clean and smelled clean. I was immediately drawn to the beautiful decor, and fell in love with the Full Length Mirror in the living room. The beds were very comfortable and location superb! Just a short walk to the main area where lots of restaurants and bars are. Neighbor( I forgot her name) was pleasant, as were the Roosters that pleasantly woke us every morning. I travel A LOT and I highly recommend this quaint little condo for your travels to Tampa. ****One minor concern is that the tub is extremely slippery. Id suggest a small mat or the grippers to go on the tub floor to prevent a possible accident.Thanks Jimmy and we will see you again.Paris and Jay

Would book again!

Not only was this home beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything we needed, it was conveniently located only two blocks from town! Communication from the host was excellent. He would check in with us from time to time to make sure everything was going well. When we had questions, he would respond quickly. Overall, it was a great experience.We highly recommend this property and would definitely book it again in the future.

Jimmy was a Super Host! He provide every detail we asked, and made not only our check-in but our entire stay amazing. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we were within walking distance of town and Ybor Vity did not disappoint.

We hebben 10 fantastische dagen gehad. Tampa is een aangename stad met leuke buurten en wijken, zoals Hyde Park Village, Amature Works en natuurlijk Ybor. In deze laatste wijk ligt het appartement. Lekker dynamisch, authentiek en gemoedelijk. Veel restaurants in de buurt en koffietentjes. Het appartement zelf is echt prima: fijne kamers en sanitair en praktisch een parkeerplaats achter het huis. Kortom: echt Ă©Ă©n aanrader

The property was o.k., clean. There was an incident with the property manager, who I believe is the owner. Instead of trying to help with the matter, he argued, and made it seem like we were wrong, when in fact, we were just going off the pictures as advertised. It would not have even mattered to us except for the way he reacted and responded. We would not stay there again, not because of the condo but the actions of the manager.

Great base for Ybor Visit

Great location for an Ybor City stay. It is only a couple blocks from the center of the action, yet it is far enough way to be quiet. Listing information was very accurate. Jimmy was able to accommodate a late check in for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Great alternative to area hotels - TGH

My father was scheduled for major surgery and subsequent recovery at Tampa General Hospital. My parents live a 35-75 minutes drive from the hospital. To mitigate the hours-long round trip, I searched for alternatives to local hotels. This condo fit the bill. The location was perfect. The private parking is convenient. The property is spacious, well equipped, and comfortable. It’s within a short walk to the iconic Columbia restaurant. The Ybor City chickens are tolerable and part of the local charm. The communication with Jim was clear and timely. I will definitely consider a staycation here in the future.

Our birthday stay

We had issue with lighting(unable see In kitchen. bathroom & living room plus bedroom). Light was so dim in kitchen we were unable to cook or even prepare coffee!!!! Hole in living room ceiling, people upstairs probably seen us from down below!!! Floor was dirty, my white socks were black Very unhappy with our stay. Plus the window in back bedroom, the screen is broken & ready fall off!!!!!!!
