Spend your days by the beautiful mini pool / hot tub, relaxing and grilling. This home features 4 bedrooms (one bedroom being detached from the home with a private half bath). It is centrally located in South Tampa to close to everything! It is within a few minutes to restaurants on the water and just 10-20 minutes from Downtown Tampa, International Mall, Raymond James Stadium, the State Fairgrounds, Casino, Zoo, Busch Gardens, and so much more. Stunning beaches are within a 30-40 minute drive.
-- No smoking inside the house at any point.

-- Only registered guests may be on the premises at any time (8 Max).

-- No more than 4 vehicles at any point, and cars must be parked in the driveway / on street.

-- The pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Please pick up all pet wastes from the yard and dispose.

-- Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house.

-- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock the doors when you leave the home.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of all funds.
