The space
Cozy studio separate from the main house in the heart of Brandon, close to main road and restaurants. Minutes away from Brandon mall, bush gardens, downtown, most museum and so much more. located in a quiet neighborhood. We are located 2.2 mi from Westfield Brandon Mall, 10mi from Downtown Tampa .
Guest access
Upon arrival, you will see a box lock to your right with the key (passcode will be sent in private message)
Parking out front the metal garage also converted to the studio ( up to One vehicles ),

Security deposit - if you damage the home or smoke, you may be charged up to $100
**** Main House is off-limits
** One set of towels will be provided for each guest. Two extra towels will be left in the closet for reservation for more than two days. Any extra service will come with an extra charge, please ask us for more info
We expect used dishes & unmade beds - you don't have to be perfect. If exceptional cleaning is needed for stains or extreme dirtiness we will pass the extra cleaning costs on to you.
If you have friends or family coming to visit, please have them book in their own name.
Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
If the published occupancy is exceeded, the entire security deposit will be charged in full.
We may implement video surveillance in public areas (common stairwells, front porches, etc) to ensure the safety and security of all guests. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE RESIDENCE. We may use noise level monitoring technology to ensure the comfort and security of our neighbors.
If guests interfere with cleaning past the agreed checkout time, guests will be charged $50 per hour of delay past the agreed checkout time.
If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, tell us as soon as possible.
When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all of the above House Rules.
