We stayed here for the USF summer graduation. It was nice to be away from the busy campus area. This home was very clean and had everything we needed. There were quite a few restaurants and stores in the area, too.

They say Pet Friendly but they charge for Pets. They charge it as "Pet Cleaning Fee" even though there is nowhere to add the pet when booking. We has a few issues that were never resolved. There were not check out instructions because the host was occupied. There should be another source of responsibility when hosting. The location is very close to the highways but not the best neighborhood.

The host did not respond after we messaged her that the air conditioning died. I had to contact the VRBO company to get the host to respond. Initially VRBO couldn’t get a response either. Needless to say the air conditioning did not get repaired and we slept in extremely HOT conditions (94 degrees). The machine overheated and heated the house. Two rooms were atrocious and I had children. Also, we arrived to a cockroach on the pillow and several others in the house throughout the week. There were multiple hairs in the towels and sheets. The top bunk barrier is loose because it is not screwed in and the bunk is cracking underneath. The door handle came off in the bunk room and the hall sink was plugged. Just FYI: The queen mattresses and pillows are very firm. The interior design of the home is very nice. The days after the air conditioning situation, the host was responsive.

Nice and spacious

Very clean, newly renovated, master bath is spacious, great showerhead, great towels, shampoo, rinse, and wash available. The home is welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped. Beds could be softer, and couch bigger. Good value for price.

The property was absolutely immaculate, with everything you would need for a few days stay. The neighbourhood was quiet for the most part, with grocery stores and restaurants only a few minutes drive away. Would 100% rent again

Hidden gem!

This property is just what we needed while we were in Tampa for my niece’s soccer tournament. I highly recommend it! This house is very cozy. It’s very spacious..so you and your guests are not on top of each other. The beds are comfortable and the furniture is modern. The kitchen has a nice size if you want to make meals. If it had a washer and dryer, it would be perfect.
