Room 205 .. Garbage was left outside our room, empty pizza boxes, empty beer cases , multiple small garbage bags, from previous visitors .. upon entering our room , it was overrated with the cleaning supply . TIL the point I try to handle it , but couldn’t and ask for a new room,, customer service was pleasant and felt bad , unfortunately they were booked ,and couldn’t move us to a new room .. and management would be calling the following day . So driving 16 hours , I just handled it until the following morning til I ported .. I hope to hear from you soon . Thank you..

Had no hot water, not even slightly warm, so we couldn’t shower before getting back on the road. Very disappointing.
