Featuring 2 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms (upstairs and downstairs) there's plenty of space for you & your guests. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking essentials for any meals that may be prepared along with a formal dining table. Washer and dryer in the home for any laundry needs during your stay. Our sleeping arrangements consist of:

Master bedroom w/ en suite bathroom & queen size bed.
Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed with bathroom #2 right outside the door.
Living Room #2 has a drop down futon to sleep another guest.

Our guest will have full access to the entire townhome and the reserved parking space. There are also visitor parking spots available.

Guest will also have access to the community pool. There is no lifeguard on duty, so swim at your own risk.

We are local and willing to help you have a 5 star stay!

It met the need, but not again

The place met our needs, but I would not rent it again. There are a few things that could have been better. 2 rolls of TP for 8 days is not enough for 3 people. The dishes were very dirty in the cupboard with food stuck to them. Beds super uncomfortable, especially with a plastic mattress pad. Water was horrible and water filter was unchanged. Lights are way too bright coming into bedroom…… just not a very comfortable place to stay.

Nurses reunion

This property needs to be updated. Some of the TV's were not functioning ( as best as we could ascertain). The upstairs hall light did not work and the microwave stopped working during our stay. We tried to reset the microwave, no luck. The place was clean at least. There were gunshots during one evening and the police were at a nearby residence the next day. The check in and out was easy and the price was reasonable for the quality of the property.

70’s throwback

My wife and I stayed here for one month early this year. I’ll start with a couple of pros. Good location to different parts of the Tampa area. Kitchen cooking needs were adequate. Cons, everything in this unit is way out of date except for maybe the leather sofa. Downstairs lights, kitchen dining room, bathroom all flicker constantly, has some kind of electrical issue. Refrigerator rattles like a tin can need replacement. Absolutely no screens on any windows and the framing of the windows is coming apart. My wife opened a window in the second bedroom and it was all I could do to get it closed again. Front and back door have screens to let some air pass through but the neighbor smokes constantly outside so that’s all you could smell. Holes in dining room chair covers. Definitely overpriced, I would not stay again.

Well kept property with an accommodating owner

We live nearby and our home flooded during hurricane Idalia. Booking was quick and easy; and as we didn’t know how long we’d have to stay, the owner was very helpful and responsive adding additional days and weeks to our stay multiple times. The area is quiet and close to everything we are used to. Not that I ever want to see my home flood again, but if it does I know where I’d stay.
