POOL is not heated and our pool water temperature matches our ocean temperature.
BEACHES: 10 miles away is Ben T Davis Beach on the Courtney Campbell Causeway. The beach is small but still offers beautiful sunsets next to Whiskey Joe's Bar & Grill. You are

The home has an Office area in one of the bedrooms with high speed WiFi and a printer.
It sleeps 6 comfortably in beds plus a sleeper sofa, a twin foam mattress and a toddler bed. We also have a queen size air mattress with an electric air pump that can be placed in the living room area.

You can relax by the pool, fire pit outside or fireplace inside, watch a movie on our 58 inch TV in the living room or throw something on the grill then jump in the refreshing swimming pool.

We enjoyed the stay

The large kitchen island was very useful for setting up food/snacks, the living room with the tv had plenty of couches for us to sit together without feeling cramped, the dining area was useful for our tabletop games, and we enjoyed being able to adjust the thermostat during the night. It was also convenient being close to a Wawa.

NY Yankee Spring Training vacation

The location was perfect, 12 minutes to the airport and 15 minutes to Steinbrenner Stadium. The accommodations were excellent and we had all we needed. We would love to stay here again next year!

Our stay at this home was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how unique and thoughtfully designed the space was. Every detail was carefully considered, creating an atmosphere that was both cozy and stylish.The home had everything we needed and more—comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and all the little touches that made our stay effortless. Lovely and accommodating!!

You couldn’t ask for better hosts, they respond quick, are understanding, and thoughtful! I stayed during Mother’s Day with children and family and we all had a blast! They had EVERYTHING you could think of in the a house you would need; from first aid kits, children toys and adult games, EVERY COOKING NEED known to man for both kids and adults! The pool was so fun and exciting to be in. We played games and were in the pool all day, there was pool toys to accommodate the family & there is a deep end in case your wondering! The privacy is nice also! The location is literally 2mins away from Walmart/walking distance, conveniently located near gas stations and restaurants you will need/want. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. It is fair to say the home and electronics are outdated (which nothing is wrong with that!) but something to take into consideration. Overall we were pleased and our needs were met to our satisfaction. Our family loved the idea of the bottle messages and the guestbook singing!! I’m sure there are many more guests who will return for more fun and relaxation! Also, the ability to dim the lights are SO COOL!!! A special thank you to the great hosts! â˜șâ˜șâ˜ș

A great place and a great time!

My family went here for a special Christmas trip, we are from Michigan, New York and Colorado, this location fit our needs perfectly....but, the pool was very cold, they did state up front that it is NOT heated, so we were aware. I would definitely stay here again, it had everything you could need in the kitchen and is ready to be enjoyed by all.

Tampa house

House is a great size for large groups. Very convenient location to access the airport. Kitchen well stocked with appliances. Dishwasher needs to be replaced. The interior of the house needs to be painted. All flooring is great. Biggest disappointment was the yard & pool. Northern people like us look for a nice pool and area to spend time outdoors. Pool is in poor shape and the pool service did little to clean the pool. The pictures on website of garden area are outdated. They show a lush garden area with nice seating. Reality is overgrown worn landscaping with broken and moldy furniture as well as moldy pool toys. We purchased chairs for pool. Hosts were very nice and responsive.

Nice property with some great amenities, the pool is fun! The exterior needs a bit of TLC, things like updating the furniture in the yard and pool area and having someone take a good look at the landscaping that has been let go. None of this would deter me from staying here.

Could the outside and pool area use a little TLC?...yes Are parts of the inside a little 'worn'?...yes BUT, this house was very clean, very comfortable, the property manager is very responsive, the water in the large pool is clear and clean, the tropical landscaping and privacy fence make the backyard feel secluded, the neighbors are quiet, the lake area is a nice place to walk. We were very much at home here and would have rented it for Christmas but it was already booked. Helen

Very clean and cute home/pool and patio were not as expected

The location in relation to the airport is perfect and it's a cute place. It's definitely kept beautifully clean inside. It had a huge sense of 80's nostalgia ie. the carpets and the bathrooms which we found to be really neat. The pool is not ideal. It is in need of updating as it has broken concrete on the bottom of the pool and along the sides that are sharp. We only really realized that when our 8-year old daughter's toe got cut pretty badly while holding onto the side of the pool when her foot rubbed along the inside of where she was holding on. The patio is small and is cracked in many areas. We definitely appreciated the inside of this home, but have learned to be more cautious about making sure that the outside, especially the pool area, is safe from possible injuries.

This property was adequate has good potential, roomy, pool was nice. We had fun however the total upkeep of property was not what we are used to.

Great Place!

A warm and wonderful home for the family to relax and make memories! Anything you could need is here
and close to Walmart, Publix, and Target so you can stock up on groceries for your stay! Laundry, kitchen, all the kitchen gadgets you can imagine, swimming, TV/movies/wifi in the evening
 We loved it! Thank you for such a great time!!!

What a gem!

Myself and my cheer mom friends were town from Houston, TX for a cheer competition and our stay was perfect . The house is very charming, the backyard and pool were wonderful and the owners were very nice and replied promptly to any messages sent . Also ,the idea to leave your empty adult beverage bottle with the story of why you were there was so thoughtful and cool to do! We enjoyed participating in the tradition! Location was perfect as well, as you’re so close to grocery stores , shopping and dining. Anytime I’m in the Tampa area I will look to see if this property is available.
