I made a reservation for Thursday and Friday. I knew I was coming in late. I confirmed the reservation seated on the plane the person at country inn said ok great. I get there at say 2 am. Got to the desk and they said no room available because the air was down in the room I was renting which is a total lie. These people have my room away. The guy called the owner to get me another hotel and her rude ass told him dont call her anymore. That was an hour of crap. I ended up paying for an Uber when I didn’t have to and had to pay 226 dollars for a room. Unacceptable! I will not use your service again! If this is what is to be expected.

Our flight arrived very late at night. The room key they gave us was didn’t work. The front desk staff came up and tried a different key which also didn’t work and then when he opened it with the master discovered the room was already occupied. We received an upgrade for the trouble and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. The staff was very kind and they were helpful in getting us a shuttle even though we were so late.
