Great stay

Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Evening reception was a nice surprise. Breakfast was excellent and we appreciated the made to order options. Family of 4 very happy with the stay and will return.

Great Stay with Excellent Staff and Breakfast! We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, providing plenty of space to relax. While the bathroom could use some updating, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the stay. The highlight was definitely the amazing staff—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a great selection and delicious options to start the day. Overall, a pleasant experience, and we would stay here again!

Front desk staff were awesome. Hotel was a little aged but a nice place. If you drive a few miles there are plenty of restaurants and shopping. Just drive the right direction.

Way Below Average!

Embassy Suites/Brandon was more like a low budget economy experience. NO daily room cleaning. Areas of the hotel were dirty and carpet was not vacuumed. Some bathroom fixtures were broken and furniture was scuffed and banged up. Not what I expected from a Hilton property.

I was not pleased with the staff there. The only person I can recommend that helped me out was named Matthew. He did a great job. This property needs to reconsider providing unclean rooms to its guests

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room and hotel were dirty and smelled, we did not stay the night. The bed pillow cases were dirty the bed sheets didn’t fit the bed, hot water was cold and cold was hot. Bottom-line, the hotel is dirty and there is no way I was staying there with my family.

The bathroom needs an update, mirror cracked, tub chipped.. not clean .. I cleaned it myself … Rugs need to be steam cleaned or changed .. Bar/food were great! On busy nights like holiday times maybe the bartender should have some help .. she worked very hard .. & had no help!

Our stay was good. The room was nice and comfortable. There was only a few glitches. We ran out of toilet paper which was only half full when we arrived in the room. Also we ran out of tissue paper which was even less than the toilet paper. Lastly there was no shower jail in the shower. We called the front desk and they brought tissue paper and toilet paper to the room. During the breakfast they ran out of forks during the heavy traffic.

We stayed here the week of Christmas, overall was fine. The hotel was fairly clean. One elevator was down and the available one smelled generally unpleasant. Even though it was a major holiday the hotel stayed fairly quiet which was nice. They also had the breakfast buffet open the morning of Christmas which was wonderful. The man stationed at the omelet bar absolutely deservers a raise! The only real negative we had was the shower in our room. The nob was loose and could not control the temp. I tried tightening with a travel tool, but the nozzle was so stripped it didn't work & just needs to be replaced. Overall, would recommend for staying in Brandon. Thanks!
