The worst place I have ever stayed. Dirty and smelling horrible. My studio was definitely not vacumed for a long time. There was a white powder on the kitchen floor, no Idea what it was, but nobody cared to clean it. It's cheap, but not that cheap to not to clean the property at all. I do not reccomend this place.

Don’t waste your money

First right after check in they chatted us $1.99 for linens. Then got to room snd is was not very clean. Nothing in the room but 2 bath towels, 1 washcloth and 1 bar of soap. No shampoo, hairdryer, Kleenex, or hand towel for the bathroom sink or kitchen sink. Picked up the phone (which was filthy) to call front desk but it was not working either. Went down stairs to front desk and was told they took all hairdryer out of rooms and they didn’t have any I could use that worked. This hotel should be closed down. It is a dump even the toilet wouldn’t flush by the time we left. We had a really early flight so was only there a few hours. Super noisy. All night heard the elevator dinging

Parking area was fine. The room was mostly clean. But the toilet didn’t flush. The couch seems laminated, and it seemed like there was a cat in there the armrest with their claws. The location was very good for airport access. The staff was very very friendly And very helpful. They did get the toilet fixed after we reported it.

It's a shame that this property is even a listing on your sight. This place was awful. The location felt very unsecure. The room was run down and dirty. No hot water, no front desk to report that to. The smell was nauseating. We came back from our event hoping for a few hours of sleep and a hot shower before heading for the airport. We tried to make the best of it but the anger and disgust got the best of me. We ended up leaving and went to the airport several hours before we were scheduled to leave. At least that environment felt safer there then this excuse of a hotel.

After a long day of travel there was a note on the hotel door saying call reservations to enter the hotel. After calling reservations we had to wait 35 minutes for somebody to come to us to give us a room. It's disgusting. Plus there are homeless walking around everywhere

Didn't have room we booked & paid for. Gave us a lower category room with one less bed than what we booked. Told us it would be cheaper & we would get a refund, but we had to reach out to Expedia to get the refund. Contacted Expedia & when they reached out to the hotel about the refund, hotel told them they would not be giving the refund.

Arrived after hours and I could not get my room.

My flight was delayed so i arrived late and there was no one on duty. The front desk was locked up and i couldn’t find anyone who could help. It was after 1 AM and there were only a couple of men smoking outside and i was a woman traveling alone. So i got back in my car and drove home (and hour away). I was very tired and it was a difficult ride home.
