Check in was great, but the room was not properly cleaned, there were roaches crawling on the walls floor bathtub even the toilet seat I Had to keep the room ac blasting on hi to minimize the roaches

We pulled up at 12:08 sketchy place and confusing parking lot plus drunk weird people out wondering around...then you have to use a phone that is outside to call the company they call the hotel and then the lady comes back on and says I'm so sorry but they said they don't let anyone in after Midnight so if you booked through a 3rd party just call and get refunded...WTH!
