Here’s a clearer, more professional rewrite: “In the middle of the night, an intoxicated individual attempted to confront my family. Despite repeatedly asking him to stay away, he continued to approach us in an aggressive manner. I reported the incident to the hotel staff and property manager, but received no response or follow-up. I was traveling with children, which made the situation even more concerning. The incident occurred outside our rooms (219 & 221) and in the corridor. We stayed at the property from May 21 to May 25, 2026. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel for families.

The room was very clean, the staff very nice and the breakfast excellent,the only thing that I didn't like was the pillows bed. Very soft. No support ,the staff was very nice and gave me two pillows and didn't work either, everything was amazing, I stay there again but with own pillow

House keeping service was terrible. I have been in many Home2 Suite by Hilton and had wonderful experience. This was definitely an exception. Breakfast was ok not great, warm but no variation. Front desk stuff was friendly and very helpful. Other i would rate this to 2.
