It is a beautiful facility but the good news ends there. We had a double bed room on the 4th flr which had the hardest beds imaginable. So after a bad nights sleep, we were awakened by the sounds of an electric saw going. I wear ear plugs at night and it still woke us early. Complaint to front desk was met with resistance like they didn’t believe us. I asked for a credit of $100 for our poor experience at check out. I was told we would have to wait for it to go up the chain of command. Later in the day they approved the request. I do Not recommend this hotel.

Your world has some of the best chicken slider sandwiches we've ever experienced they had a game on so they had $4 sliders they were amazing Checking at this hotel was so easy they were so accommodating and so friendly highly recommended and it's so close to the port

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place! We were welcomed at check-in by a genuinely kind and attentive employee, our room was clean and spacious and so quiet it was hard to believe we were at a hotel near the airport! The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants and not far from major roads- we’d absolutely stay here again!
